Dexta Daps signed with DASECA Productions and has since recorded a steady stream of hits including “Jealous Ova” (featuring Tifa), “Cheat On You,” “Slavery,” and “Miss You So Much” (with Blakkman). His debut album Intro (2017) featured an erotic short film that quickly gained viral attention, while performances at Reggae Sumfest in 2017 and later years further cemented his standing.
Dexta Daps continues to evolve with albums like Vent (2020) and Trilogy (2024). With collaborations that include international artists like M.I.A., Davido, Kiesza, and Tory Lanez, he is celebrated for his versatility, emotive vocals, and charismatic stage presence. Recognized equally for romantic ballads and street anthems, Dexta Daps remains one of dancehall’s most compelling and globally resonant artists.
