“Long Road” is the second single in the new collaboration series between De Strangers & Galas, a release deeply rooted in the tradition of authentic roots reggae and dub music.
Driven by a solid one-drop rhythm section, the original track unfolds through deep basslines, steady drums, and a warm horn melody that gives the song its reflective and meditative character. Galas moves naturally between melodic phrasing and DJ-style delivery, bringing both energy and depth to the tune while keeping the roots spirit at the center of the journey.
The release is completed by an immersive dub version crafted by renowned Spanish producer Roberto Sanchez. Through analog echoes, spacious reverbs, and hypnotic textures, Sanchez reshapes “Long Road” into a deeper sound-system experience, expanding the track into fully atmospheric dub territory while preserving its soulful roots foundation.
