We’re excited to announce the release of “Sweet Memories“, the second single from De Strangers‘ upcoming album Timeless Bond — now available on all digital platforms.
Following the powerful energy of the first single, “Sweet Memories” offers a more introspective tone, showcasing the band’s ability to explore deeper emotional and sonic textures. A contemplative roots reggae piece wrapped in dub aesthetics, the track reflects on the weight of memory, the passing of time, and the moments that shape us — all while keeping the groove alive.
Built around a warm rhythm section, melodic keys, and the unmistakable voice of Galas, the track is elevated by the band’s signature analog-digital hybrid production, recorded and mixed at their Milanese headquarters, Studio La Sabbia. The song’s arrangement leaves space for reflection, with every element — from the piano riff to the subtle dub effects — carefully placed to carry the listener inward.
