Groovators – We’re Alive (2023) Album

Label: Kagibi production
Release date: 04/28/2023

French reggae band Groovators unveiled “We’re Alive” on April 18. Building on the success of their first projects (Production Locale – Roots Again – Papier Blanc), this fourth project is one of artistic and human maturity.

Composed, written and recorded during the worldwide Covid pandemic, Fab and his band have taken their time shaping this new opus.

A strong, powerful message that draws on the current upheaval, where everyone has been forced to fight against isolation (confinement) and for their rights. The album features lyrics that question human freedom and personal fulfillment, as well as a number of love songs (Missy P – I Love You – My Lover Song).

A resolutely 70’s Roots and Rocksteady album – 10 tracks mixed and mastered at Studio K on tape. Released on the Kagibi Production label and available on all download platforms.
