We’re proud to share “Wonderful Life” — a song born in Kauai and brought to life by an incredible cast of reggae and soul talents.

Marty Dread, Hawaii’s Reggae Ambassador, lends his unmistakable voice. Over 30 years and 21 albums, he’s carried reggae from the Hawaiian Islands to stages around the world — from the White House to Jamaica.

Ron Rhoades, veteran drummer of pioneering American reggae band The Shakers, drives the groove. With a career spanning Soul Syndicate, Big Youth, Sly & Robbie, and Peter Tosh’s Word, Sound & Power, Ron’s drumming is the heartbeat of this track.

Jallanzo, acclaimed guitarist and founding member of Dubtonic Kru, brings rich melodies and texture. A multi-instrumentalist and producer, he’s worked with Luciano, Junior Reid, Andrew Tosh, and The Mighty Diamonds, touring worldwide with his powerful sound.

Prince Fatty (Mike Pelanconi), the renowned UK dub producer, handled mixing and added piano. Known for his analogue-meets-modern style and collaborations with Hollie Cook, Horseman, Stick Figure, and Mungo’s Hi Fi, Fatty’s sonic touch brings depth and warmth.

Leroy Osbourne, longtime vocalist with Sade, contributes background harmonies. With 40+ years performing alongside Wham, George Michael, Tears for Fears, and countless others, Leroy’s voice adds a soulful polish.

Will Lydgate, bassist/engineer from Kauai’s Lydgate Farms, anchored the rhythm section and engineered the original Sweetgrass Studio sessions.

Horseman, legendary UK drummer and MC, added percussion. Known for his work with Prince Fatty and decades in reggae, his playing brings the track its driving energy.

Earle Holder, mastering engineer at HDQTRZ Studios in Atlanta, gave the song its final sheen. With credits including Public Enemy and Chuck D’s SlamJamz label, Earle’s mastering ensures the track hits with clarity and power worldwide.

The video was shot by Kevin “Torch” Campbell, Jamaican reggae artist and creative force known as The Eva Burning Flame. Torch’s eye brought the visuals to life with authenticity and fire.

And at the heart, Josh Harris — composer, co-producer, and keyboardist — pulling together this team under Big Feet Records. Founded in 2021, with nearly 50 releases to date, the label continues to stand by its motto: “Steppin’ to the Beat with Big Feet.”

“Wonderful Life” is a celebration of collaboration — from Hawaii to Jamaica to the UK, each artist left their mark on this track. We can’t wait to share it with you.
