Quartiere Coffee & Finaz – Mr. Propaganda (2024) Single

Label: La Tempesta Dub
Release date: 04/23/2024

After months of intense work, Quartiere Coffee present their single Mr. Propaganda. This reggae song, signposting the new album due on May 10th, has a powerful sound, embellished by the evocative guitars of Finaz, historic guitarist of Bandabardò band and like Quartiere Coffee, a fellow Tuscan.

Mr. Propaganda throws the listener into a journey of awareness and reflection that raises profound questions about the nature of power and control in the contemporary world. The production was entrusted to Ciro Princevibe Pisanelli, the band’s longtime producer. He managed to achieve the right sound thanks to their shared experience. The young AndrewD also participated in the writing and arrangement.

The band commented: “This new single propels us towards our fifth official album and nothing could be stronger than this song, where the importance of the words combines with a powerful sound and Finaz’s magical guitars”.

Mr. Propaganda is released alongside a video clip directed by Luigi Di Maro. It marks the beginning of the collaboration between Quartiere Coffee and La Tempesta Dub label. It is available on digital platforms.
