It’s „Spring Time“ and the best time for new Lovers Rock sound from patbeatz, the Swiss reggae producer. The instrumental for this Riddim Selection originally appeared on Collie Herb’s „Detox“ album last year. Now, three talented artists from Jamaica and Africa have contributed their big tunes:

Iddi Singer from Mombasa, Kenya 🇰🇪, who was already featured on the last patbeatz selection with „Sunshine Love“, follows up appropriately with “…the sun is down, I feel like I just wanna get so groovy” and serenades his queen „In the Name of Love“. Pull up that big tune!

Swashii, a rising star in the reggae and dancehall scene from Kingston, Jamaica 🇯🇲, sings with his incomparable timbre about the harsh realities of the sufferahs in downtown Kingston, where food prices are rising, and wishes the youths a better future. A great song with a strong message.

Lucinia Karrey, who has already provided many big tunes and backing vocals on several releases, also comes from Kenya 🇰🇪 and enriches the selection with „Take Care of You,“ a beautiful song about love. „Spring Time“ is definitely here.
