Stand High Patrol & Joe Yorke – Too Much Noise (2026) Single

Label: Stand High Records
Release date: 04/30/2026

Modern societies expose individuals to a constant state of sensory saturation. The digital world has become our main interface with reality, gradually distancing us from what is real and essential. Immersed in constant agitation, overstimulated by endless streams of content and information, the mind grows exhausted and disoriented. The noise generated by the system conditions the masses. It fuels stress, fear and anxiety, and takes its toll on our bodies. Too much noise. Far too much agitation for so little meaning. Reclaiming time and space has become a necessity.

With “Too Much Noise”, Joe Yorke expresses a need that feels both urgent and vital: to dance as a way to escape the interface, to regain one’s footing. As it has always been at the heart of reggae, dub and house music cultures, dance emerges here as a remedy, a sanctuary, an act of resistance. An invitation to disconnect, this second single from Stand High Patrol’s upcoming album Skanking & Jacking takes us deeper into the unique Dub / House universe crafted by the Dubadub Musketeerz for this new project. “Too Much Noise” will be available digitally on April 30, the final step before the release of the double LP on May 29.
